From day one House of Yes (HOY) is a great mix of nightclub and circus with both electronic music and live entertainment. Get ready for an impressive setting with high ceilings, huge screens showing video entertainment, a backyard and probably the best bathrooms you’ll ever experience. The Schindler House is one of the more unique homes on our list. It doesn’t feature a formal living room, any bedrooms, or any common living areas.

We welcome you to use whichever restroom best suits your gender identity or expression. If you prefer a private restroom, please find single-occupancy restrooms located at the far right corner of the main theater room. Most of our Friday and Saturday parties are themed, and we do encourage our guests to dress in creative outfits and costumes. Do your best to match the theme of the night, but anything that displays effort will do. Please email to with a very specific description and a number we can reach you at. Please note it can take 24 hours for your items to make it to our lost and found station, and that our office is closed on Sundays.

While all Democrats voted in favor of aid to Ukraine and all but Ms. Tlaib supported funding to Taiwan, 37 left-leaning Democrats defected to vote against the Israel aid bill. They said before the vote that they opposed unfettered aid to Israel that could be used in its offensive in Gaza. The opposition to the Israel aid represented a minority of Democrats, but reflected the deep resistance to unconditional aid and the divisions in the party on Gaza.
FEATURED EVENTS
We put a lot of love into our parties, and the energy of the night is incredible when everyone is committed to participating and getting creative with us. All of our dance party events are 21+ unless otherwise specified as “All Ages." For 21+ events and parties, all guests must show government issued photo ID to security upon entry. L.A., the City of Angels, La-La Land, Tinseltown … whatever your preferred name for Los Angeles, you have to know a few things about it. There are the sandy beaches, streets lined with palm trees, and more celebrities than IMDb can count. So much has happened since the city was founded way back in 1871.

Still, 37 “no” votes, while a break from Washington’s ironclad support for the Jewish state, fell short of the opposition bloc progressives had hoped to muster. Thirty-nine Democrats had voted “no” on Friday on the rule to allow the foreign aid package to come to the House floor, a target that progressives just missed on Saturday on the Israel bill. Fourteen of those Democrats voted on Saturday in favor of aid to Israel, while 12 Democrats who voted to allow the package on the floor on Friday then cast votes against the funding itself.
If you enjoy exploring the historic homes of famous, and not-so-famous people, there are a number of historic residences in Southern California that are open to the public as museums. Most of them are City, State and National Historic Landmarks There is some overlap with LA Local History Museums. There is a reason why people from all over the world travel to the House of Yes in New York to party and celebrate life. So if you’re looking to have a really good time, the House of Yes is the place to be.

It is all about modern design, and with large open spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and unique themes throughout, it’s really a masterpiece. Will Rogers State Park is a massive outdoor escape from the city with tons of hiking trails with canyon and ocean views. But at the center of this gorgeous park is a 31-room mansion. You can tour the home and the rest of the estate but be ready to pay for parking. However, if you decide to go on one of the guided tours of the home, parking is completely free.

Tickets for the House of Yes

But because of its historical significance and because it provides a look back at the architectural style from 1818, we think it’s well worth the visit. Still, a quick look at the property will leave it feeling smaller than you remember. The show portrayed it as a two-story home when in reality, it’s a single-story house. It’s still cool to check out, but currently, there are no available public tours inside the house.
An Old Hollywood icon, entertainer Rita Hayworth cruised down the street near Warner Bros. At the time, she was married to Edward C. Judson, but that was her first of five marriages. Griffith Jenkins Griffin's dream was realized 16 years after his death in 1919. Today, the Griffith Observatory is one of the most visited (and yes, Instagrammed) sites in Los Angeles. Old Hollywood is a time we'll never forget, and it shows how much Los Angeles has changed over the years.
But we’re narrowing in on the last 100 years or so, when we started seeing studios pop up all over town and Old Hollywood took over. From the founding of the Griffith Observatory to the history-making O.J. Simpson chase to the recent California wildfires, we’re looking at (almost) everything that’s transpired in L.A. House of Yes was created in 2007 by Kae Burke and Anya Sapozhnikova, two of the producers behind Lady Circus. Come and watch the best artistic producers, super talented circus acrobats, drag queens, strippers, sexy go-go dancers and the world’s best musical artists. Today, nobody lives in this home, which belongs to the MAK Center for Art and Architecture.
We believe in the creative energy of every person who enters this space.
We are a 1 min walk from the Jefferson stop on the L train and a 5 minute cab ride from the Flushing stop on the J/M/Z train. Hugh Heffner no longer owns the property, but there’s still no public access inside the building, so don’t expect to see too much besides the exterior if you decide to drop by. However, our local Bushwick neighborhood is full of awesome options for dinner before you dance.
Ticket prices increase as you get closer to the event date – corresponding to an increased ticket tier. Purchase the tier that you corresponds to what you can afford. We only serve straws upon request, and all our straws are biodegradable. Open Water aluminum canned water is available for purchase at the club, instead of plastic bottles, or you can feel free to use our water refill station in the front room. We have recycling bins located throughout the venue, including recycling containers for cigarettes in the courtyard. Twenty-five Republicans voted against the fourth bill, which included measures that could lead to a ban on TikTok in the United States and that would redirect funds from seized Russian assets to help aid Ukraine.

Tours of the VDL House are conducted on Saturdays by architecture students from Cal Poly Pomona. If you’re a horror movie fan, you must drive by the Nightmare on Elm Street house. It’s located in Los Angeles, and the iconic view you get from the street makes it well worth the trip. It’s currently closed to the public and no tours are available. Now that you know about some of these great landmarks in Los Angeles, all that’s left is for you to head out and see some of them for yourself!
Schedule a tour, drive by, or head out on a walk to check out these homes. Whether you’re interested in architecture, history, or pop culture, there’s sure to be a home in Los Angeles that holds your interest. The Avila Adobe gets its notoriety from the fact that it’s the longest-standing home in Los Angeles. It’s one of the smaller homes though, so you don’t need to carve too much time out of your schedule for the tour.
We also encourage you to visit your local dollar store and get creative! Anything can be a costume if you have the right attitude and outlook. We have special partnerships with the best thrift, costume, and vintage shops around NYC!
